My new single, “When You Find Your Heart Is Broken”, is from my upcoming EP! It’s a doowop little thing!

What type of style/inspiration did you have? | Quel style/inspiration aviez-vous?

I was listening to a lot of 70s piano stuff, Carol King and Randy Newman sort of thing, and it kind of inspired me!

J’écoutais à beaucoup de chansons des 70 avec un piano, du genre Carol King et Randy Newman, puis ça m’a inspiré un peu!

Who helped you in the creation of this single? | Qui vous a aidé dans la création de ce single?

Olivia Fairfield from Hull played drums on it, Robin Dann and Felicity Williams. They’re singers from Toronto, they sing background with Bahamas. So a lot of great people! My producer Pat Brennan is also in town here, and then there’s a jazz guitarist from Edmonton!

Olivia Fairfield de Hull a joué la batterie, Robin Dann et Felicity Williams. Ils sont tous des chanteurs de Toronto et jouent en arrière-plan avec Bahamas. Donc plusieurs bonnes personnes! Mon producteur Pat Brennan est aussi en ville ici, puis un guitariste jazz d’Edmonton!
