Feb 7: Produced By Youth - FUBU at Club SAW
In collaboration with the Ottawa Music Industry Coalition and Pass The Vibes, with support from the City of Ottawa and Ontario Creates, Produced By Youth presents FUBU (For Us By Us) at Club SAW (67 Nicholas Street, Ottawa ON) on Wednesday, February 7th, 2024 at 7:00pm.
FUBU marks the 5th anniversary of Produced By Youth. This event offers local young artists a unique chance to explore the co-presenters’ transformative programs and facilities. Produced By Youth, a pioneer in delivering music workshops and providing a safe space for Black youth in Ottawa since 2019, has inspired over 100 aspiring artists.
The night will feature a networking mixer, raffles, and performances by three Produced By Youth alumni and two Pass The Vibes DJs. Geared towards local Black artists aged 15-25, the event encourages networking and creative expression. Tickets, available on a pay-what-you-can basis ($1-$10), can be purchased in advance or at the door.
